Thank you for choosing Qeoyo products. To protect your legal rights and eliminate your concerns when purchasing Qeoyo products, Qeoyo will provide you with standard after-sales warranty service. Qeoyo warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Qeoyo will, at its sole option, repair or eplace the faulty components.
PRODUCT WARRANTY SERVICE
- Warranty service definition:
For hardware failures caused by product problems, Qeoyo provides free repair or replacement services within the effective warranty period of the product; returns and exchanges caused by non-product problems are not covered by this warranty.
- Warranty period:
Qeoyo offers two years of free after-sales service.
- The product warranty period rules are as follows:
During the warranty period, software issues can be resolved online, while hardware problems will be handled by our local warranty team who will replace the components. Human damage factors and force majeure are excluded.
After the warranty period, payment-based solutions will be provided. The specific problem requires the specific payment.
It is not prone to damage, so there is no need to worry too much.
4.Warranty exceptions (Exclusions):
The following situations are not within the warranty/exchange scope. If necessary, paid repair services will be implemented.
- After delivery confirmation, no feedback on product damage is given within one working day.
- Failure or damage caused by incorrect installation or improper usage, maintenance or storage by the customer, such as improper handling, improper plugging and unplugging of external devices, falling or improper external force exertion, contact or exposure to inappropriate temperature, solvents, acids and alkalis, water immersion or humid environment, improper use of non-product accessories, and self-installation of Unreliablethird-party software.
- Failure and damage caused by disassembly, repair, and modification of the product without Qeoyoauthorization.
- Failure and damage caused by natural disasters or other force majeure factors. For example: failure and damage caused by natural disasters such as lightning, rain, fire, flood, earthquake, wind disaster, abnormal voltage, pollution, chemical erosion and other factors.
- The product label is destroyed, or the date is altered.
- The product serial number on the warranty certificate does not match the actual product.
Exchange Service
During the warranty period, upon arrival of the product, immediately open it for product testing and inspection. If there are any performance issues with the entire machine or components, immediately apply for a replacement (please provide photos and videos) and contact our customer service for assistance. We will communicate with you about the handling of repairs or replacements of the products within the shortest possible time.
Disclaimer
Before returning the product to Qeoyo or its authorized service provider, please remove all functions and components that are not covered by the warranty service, and back up or protect all programs and data in the product. You shall bear the loss of other product parts or data loss caused by product replacement.
Limitation of implied warranties:
There are no warranties, express or implied, which extend beyond the description contained herein including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Exclusion of damages:
a.Qeoyo’s liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the product.
b.Qeoyo shall not be liable for :
1.Damage to other property caused by any defects in the product, damages based upon inconvenience, loss of use of the product, loss of time, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, interference with business relationships, or other commercial loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
2.Any other damages, whether incidental, consequential or otherwise.
3.Any claim against the customer by any other party.

To obtain warranty service, customer is required to provide:
- The original dated sales receipt / invoice
- Your name, address and phone number
- The model and serial number of the product
- The description of problem(s) of product
