Lets look at Zoom, one of the popular tools used by tutors and business colleagues, especially now, in response to the pandemic of Coronavirus-Covid-19. Probably you also heard of their security breaches and that Singapore’s Ministry of Education suspend the use of Zoom for online classes for a few days. (The suspension has since been lifted subject to following safety protocols)

News aside, Zoom provides an online whiteboard which enables the tutors to do a quick explanation to the students during the lesson. It also provides a feature for the tutors to have video conferencing or meeting with students. Besides, Zoom provides a group or private ongoing chat in which enables the students to have group discussions or to drop any question privately to the tutors. Following the trend of quick and easy to use whiteboard software, Witeboard is similar in usage as Crayon but with some cool features. The biggest drawback of using a digital whiteboard instead of a physical one is the difficulty of drawing shapes and designs using a
